Refunds & Exchanges

We don't offer change-of-mind returns on opened or hygiene products. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@whitelabelcosmeticsandpackaging.com.au so we can resolve it quickly.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not started and we have not yet purchased ingredients or packaging for your order.

After 24 hours, or once ingredients or packaging have been ordered for you, production orders can't be cancelled, and the cost of any ingredients and packaging already purchased for your order will be charged.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights or the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75 as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
