Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind. We will replace or refund items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@whitelabelcosmeticsandpackaging.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will incur a 20% administration fee. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are not eligible for cancellation once processing has commenced.

For production orders, cancellations requested within 7 days of payment being received will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total order value to cover processing and administration costs — provided ingredients have not yet been ordered. If ingredients have already been ordered or production has commenced at the time of cancellation, the customer is liable for all costs incurred to the date of cancellation.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75 as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
