Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled after 24 hours of the time of order placement will incur a 10% fee. Any productions that are cancelled after 7 days of receiving payment will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total price to cover processing costs, if cancelled prior to ordering ingredients, otherwise the customer is liable for all costs incurred to the date of cancellation.
