Not at all. Our qualified cosmetic chemist handles all the formulation, compliance and technical documentation. You bring the brand vision and we handle everything else — formula development, filling, labelling, packaging and dispatch.

Yes — samples are available for $25 each in sizes ranging from 30ml to 100g. They can be ordered directly from our website and are dispatched within 48 hours. There is no minimum order and no obligation to proceed after sampling.

Private label means you put your brand name and label on one of our existing professionally developed formulas. You don't need to develop the product from scratch — it's already formulated, tested and ready to go. You simply choose the formula, provide your label artwork, and we fill, seal and dispatch your branded products.

Our minimums depend on what you need:

• 25 units — Unlabelled product. Filled and sealed in our packaging, you apply your own labels. No artwork or print run required.
• 100 units — Label-It-Yourself Program. We supply the product with your custom labels included, you apply them.
• 500 units — Custom direct print on packaging, custom boxes (hot stamp, emboss & deboss), custom formulations and base modifications.

Yes. For unlabelled orders (from 25 units) you apply your own labels. We provide a label artwork dimensions template you can download from our website to supply to your designer. For the Label-It-Yourself Program (from 100 units) we print your custom labels and include them with your order ready for you to apply.

Yes. Our Full Custom Development service starts from $1,500 per product. Your formula is developed from scratch to your exact brief by our qualified cosmetic chemist — specific actives, texture, scent profile, skin concern targeting, whatever your vision is. The formula IP is exclusively yours and full ownership is available to purchase at any stage. Minimum production run is 500 units.

Our Base Modification service starts from $450. We take one of our existing professionally developed formulas and adjust it to your brief — fragrance changes, active ingredient swaps, key ingredient additions. It includes one sample round and full updated INCI documentation. Minimum production run is 500 units. Please note that base modifications do not include IP ownership — if full IP ownership is important to you, our Full Custom Development service from $1,500 is the right path.

The Full Custom Development ($1,500) service includes two sample rounds. The Base Modification ($450) service includes one sample round. Additional sample rounds beyond those included are available at $250 each.

Development typically takes 2–6 weeks from brief to first sample, depending on complexity. Most formulations go through 2–3 rounds of refinement before final sign-off. Once the formula is approved, production lead time is 6–8 weeks.

Yes. We can develop custom fragrances using essential oils for a natural direction, or synthetic fragrance oils for a broader range of options. Alternatively, you can supply your own fragrance oil or essential oil and we will incorporate it into your formula.

For Full Custom Development ($1,500), the formula IP is exclusively yours — we never share, resell or replicate your custom formulation for any other client, ever. Full ownership of the IP is available to purchase at any stage, giving you complete freedom over your formula going forward. Base Modifications ($450) do not include IP ownership as the formula remains based on our existing proprietary base.

Yes. All products are manufactured under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards in Victoria, Australia. GMP certification is available upon request.

Yes. All formulations comply with Australian cosmetic regulations including AICIS (Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme) requirements. Our INCI lists follow correct Australian labelling order and format. We can assist with label compliance review to ensure your artwork meets all mandatory requirements before going to print.

Yes. All our products are cruelty-free and vegan friendly. We do not test on animals and do not use animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
