Do I need to have my own labels designed?
For the unlabelled 25-unit option, you can use any label you like — printed locally or even handwritten to start. For the label-it-yourself program at 100 units, we print custom labels to your design. If you don't have artwork, our in-house design team can create your label from a brief.
Can I order multiple products?
Yes — there's no limit on the number of SKUs you can order. Many clinics start with 2–3 hero products and expand from there. Each product has its own minimum order quantity.
Are the products compliant for retail sale in Australia?
Yes. All formulas are manufactured under GMP (ISO 22716) and are fully AICIS-compliant. We provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS), INCI ingredient lists, stability reports and PET certificates for all products.
Can I modify a formula for my clinic's specific needs?
Yes — our base modification service starts from $450 and allows you to adjust fragrance, actives or key ingredients in any of our existing formulas. Includes one sample round and full INCI documentation. Minimum 500 units for modified formulas.
Can I claim the products are Australian made?
Yes. All products are manufactured in Victoria, Australia under GMP-certified conditions. You can state "Made in Australia" on your labelling provided your label meets ACCC requirements.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Samples are dispatched within 48 hours. For 25+ unit unlabelled orders, allow 1–2 weeks. For label-it-yourself and branded runs, allow 2–4 weeks depending on label production. We'll always confirm lead time when you place your order.
